Every article, guide and report is written by Daniel Jacobs, a practitioner with 20+ years in technology and security, 15+ of them in leadership roles across mid-market, PE-backed and non-profit organisations. There is no content farm here. If we publish it, we stand behind it.

Who is the Insights Hub written for?
Primarily for technology and business leaders in UK mid-market and non-profit organisations: CEOs, CFOs, COOs, board members and IT directors in organisations with 100 to 5,000 employees and GBP 30m to GBP 4bn turnover. That includes PE-backed and privately-owned businesses, and charities or not-for-profit bodies of equivalent scale. Most content is also relevant to anyone evaluating interim, fractional or outsourced technology leadership for the first time.
Is the content free?
Yes. All guides, comparisons, research and press content on this site are free to read without registration. The Digital Disruption Digest is free to subscribe to. We do not charge for content and we do not gate it behind lead forms. Our business is advisory work; the content exists to demonstrate thinking and build trust.
How often is the Digital Disruption Digest published?
Weekly. Subscribers receive one edition every week, typically covering a lead article, curated sector developments, and practical commentary for technology and security leaders. New guides and research are shared with subscribers before they are published publicly.
Are the guides and comparisons independent?
Completely. Starkhorn does not resell software or technology products, does not earn referral fees, and does not accept commission from any vendor or broker. Daniel Jacobs writes all substantive content from practitioner experience. Where external sources are cited, they are credited. We do not publish sponsored content or paid placements.
Can I request a topic for a guide, comparison or newsletter edition?
Yes. If there is a technology leadership, cyber security or digital transformation question that you cannot find a useful answer to, send it via the contact page. Reader questions regularly shape future Digest editions and guide topics.
