I would struggle significantly. I do not have the information to hand and could not defend the spend

That conversation has never happened. Renewals come through and we accept them

Not confident at all. Nobody has clear ownership of this and we would be scrambling

Slightly confident. There is someone in IT who would probably handle it, but I am not certain they could reconstruct it fully

Completely confident. We have tested this, we know exactly who owns it, and our records are comprehensive

If a PE firm was conducting due diligence on your business tomorrow and spent an hour with your technology leader, how would that conversation go?(Required)

I would be genuinely worried. I do not think they would hold up well under that level of scrutiny

It would be uncomfortable. They would manage but there are real gaps they could not answer well

Mixed. Strong on the operational side, but I would not be confident on the strategic questions

Reasonably well. They are solid, though perhaps not quite at the level a PE firm would expect from a full CIO

Very well. They could give a credible account of our technology strategy, risk position, and investment rationale
